Getting into the Weeds with Cannabis Law

Robin Bolster-Grant will provide an overview of Santa Cruz County ordinances and land use issues involving cannabis, and Nicole Laggner will discuss the transactional issues that might arise.

Nicole Laggner is Of Counsel for Clark Neubert, LLP, a women owned law firm specializing in corporate transactional and regulatory matters in the cannabis industry with offices across the state of California.

Robin Bolster-Grant is a solo practitioner in Santa Cruz who worked for the County of Santa Cruz for several years, and recently worked in cannabis licensing.

Apple-Feta Salad: Slices of crisp Fuji and Granny Smith apples, feta cheese, red onion, and candied walnuts with locally grown greens and Ken’s Balsamic & Herb Vinaigrette.

Grilled Santa Cruz Chicken Sandwich: Grilled all natural chicken breast with roasted sweet red & green peppers balsamic onions, baby arugula, pesto, and provolone cheese.  Served with homemade fries

Spicy Pulled Pork Sandwich: Tender smoked pork shoulder mixed with a mild spicy BBQ sauce and topped with coleslaw in a soft roll.  Served with sweet potato fries.
